At Love-Rugs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new rug doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Rug

  Ensure the rug is clean and unused, then carefully roll it and secure it in its original protective packaging or an equivalent heavy-duty plastic wrap.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at an authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
